Oil Chillers
Industrial oil chillers maintain steady cooling all over operation or storage
Cooling oil in industries
An oil chiller cools down oil-based lubricants, which are utilized in a range of industrial applications, notably filtration. Customers may find the right continuous flow as well as immersion chiller units at Chillmax.
Applications require consistent cooling
Oil is commonly used as a cooling lubricant in industrial machining activities such as milling and drilling. In this technique, the oil not only lubricates the application, decreasing friction, but it also eliminates heat from the system. The use of oil lowers heat-related work piece quality loss as well as tool and machine damage.
To do this, a cooler must provide cooled oil onto the application in a consistent and temperature-appropriate way. This needs dependable pumps that keep the oil at the right level of pressure along with exact regulation over the chilling temperature. Additionally, since oil often remains slightly contaminated even after being filtered, an oil cooler should be capable of managing a cooling medium with minor impurities.
There are two kinds of chiller units for oil cooling
Chillmax constant-flow chiller units keep the oil cold as it passes through the cooler. Despite their small size, they can produce 5 kW to 80 kW. Offering 28 kilowatts (7.5 tons) takes only 0.5 m² of space, whereas up to 80 kilowatts requires 1 m². As a consequence, our devices integrate readily into a range of machine configurations and may be placed at an appropriate distance beyond the application. The powerful pumps of constantly working chillers transport the oil regularly and evenly while monitoring the flow rate. We are one of the most sought oil chiller manufacturers in India.
Chillmax immerse chillers are installed directly on the fuel tank for cooling it. Their cooling capacity ranges from 5 – 160 kW (1.5–45 tons). Smaller devices can cool up to 28 kW while using up merely 0.5 m² of area. The strong agitator inside the drop-in chillers maintains a constant temperature by rotating the oil within the storage container. Crane lift eyes enables the components to be easily removed from the coolant for cleaning. Our Oil Chillers are used in various manufacturing industries across India like Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cochin, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Faridabad, Noida, Amritsar, Pune etc
Increase efficiency with new functions
In addition to durability and small size Chillmax oil chiller units are noted for their efficient operation. For example, the narrow channel evaporator’s distinctive shape promotes improved heat exchange. Chillers fitted with this evaporator use up to 70% less refrigerant.
Units fitted with our cooling technologies control the operation of components such as a valve for expansion and a fan according to demand. This adaptable cooling approach reduces usage up to 30% of energy while dramatically lowering refrigerant use. Furthermore, our models provide exceptionally accurate temperature management, with an accuracy rate of up to 0.1 K.
Close communication between client and provider
Chiller selection along with installation depend on thorough collaboration between the customer and Chillmax. In this method, the gadgets are precisely customized to the requirements of the consumer’s application. If the standards for a cooler change significantly at a later date, Chillmax can quickly update the unit to match the new circumstances with modification kits.
On demand, we can also provide a totally tailored cooling system that offers enough cooling even in the most demanding climatic circumstances. Chillmax provides complete services for these specialized projects, from concept to finished cooling system, from a single source. This reduces coordination effort while simultaneously speeding up the project process.
Why do you need an Oil chiller?
An oil chiller is equipment that cools different kinds of oils including hydraulic fluid, lubricating oil, and oil for cooking in particular machine tools. Some big machines use bearings and gears which become too hot and cause thermal warping due to the high impact of rotation. Shifting of parts of the machine impacts the machine’s productivity and precision. Additionally, persistent overheating can lead to the degradation of the oil, potentially causing harm to the machinery. They are widely utilized in the automotive, aerospace, and power generation sectors, among others.
